Juicy Delicious Burger Sliders
Classic Hamburger Sliders - How Much Do YOU Love Them?
Here's how I make them:
Soy Sauce (I always use low sodium soy sauce)
Mix them using the folding method so you don't kill the meat.
Make baseball sized patties
(yes, you can press them if you're using a griddle or a pan, but I prefer their size as is, standing tall)
Grill them 4 or so minutes per side on a hot grill.
Toast your buns - get out the pickles, fried onions, and your favorite condiments and enjoy with family and friends! Perhaps grab a beer while you're at it, too!
